I am an instructional designer, learning developer, and project manager with an ​Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and an M.A. in Instructional Design. As a certified ​Agile Scrum Master, I excel in managing and executing projects efficiently.

With experience in developing online and blended learning experiences, I focus ​on creating accessible and inclusive environments. I have a strong background in ​managing teams, mentoring interns, and fostering cross-functional collaboration ​to implement institutional initiatives.

My skills include using platforms like Canvas, Blackboard, Adobe Creative Cloud, ​and Articulate 360. I have received awards such as the Quality Impact Award and ​the Digital Learning Innovation Award, recognizing my contributions to digital ​learning.

In addition to my practical experience, I am engaged in research and scholarship, ​continuously exploring new methods and technologies to enhance educational ​outcomes. I am passionate about continuous improvement and educational ​innovation.
